Volunteer supervisors are required to complete the following before individuals may begin volunteering on behalf of Cornell University.

Review  Policy 6.5, University Volunteers

Obtain approval from Risk Management and Insurance by submitting the following documents to the Office of Risk Management and Insurance.

• Description of Volunteer Services
• Volunteer Profile
• Cornell University Volunteer Agreement
